“Molo 12 Coworking Space” was born in the early months of 2017 thanks to the initiative promoted by the Puglia Region “Urban Laboratories – Mettici le Mani” which allowed The Qube Business incubator and Officine Cantelmo Cooperative to achieve a common ambition in offering to Lecce area a shared workspace, aligned with the most virtuous models located in the main European cities. Placed on the 1st floor of the Multifunctional Mediatheque of Officine Cantelmo (Via Corte dei Mesagnesi n ° 30), it is two steps away from the majestic Basilica of Santa Croce and the sunny and lively historic center of Lecce, MOLO12 proposes itself as the cradle of Salento startups, welcoming young innovators, companies, freelancers and digital nomads. The premises, which are ideal for those looking for a comfortable and smart working environment, are equipped with open space workstations, offices and a meeting room that can be booked via our website. The hosting service is granted by The Qube Team from Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 07:00pm.
